Job Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, is organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing: Use diverse channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract candidates and build a talent pipeline.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment strategies, and support decision-making.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
• Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire), and report on recruitment outcomes to optimize processes. Handling complete ATS work
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in ATS, Recruitment Tools & Software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
