Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Executive/Sr. Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our dynamic HR team. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll ensure our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, is organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing: Use diverse channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment strategies, and support decision-making.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire), and report on recruitment outcomes to optimize processes. Handling complete ATS work
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency in ATS, Recruitment Tools & Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
