Full Stack Developer - Chennai

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React.js, and MySQL. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a 12-member development team and collaborate with the testing team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, and be comfortable with flexible work hours and taking calls during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and interns.
• Architect and develop scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
• Manage state with Redux and Context API.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Take client/team calls during US hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in React.js (JSX, ES6+, Redux).
• Proficient in Node.js (RESTful APIs, microservices, JWT, authentication).
• Extensive experience in MySQL (complex queries, performance optimization, indexing, stored procedures).
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and integration.
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in work hours.
