• for managing and maintaining an organization's IT infrastructure. The primary role involves ensuring that our organization's IT systems, networks, servers, and other technological infrastructure are operating efficiently and securely.
• Earn a Bachelor's Degree: Start with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. This will provide the foundational knowledge necessary for any IT professional. Gain Practical Experience: Start in roles such as a System Administrator or network engineer.
• Know technical knowledge of IT Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including presentations, Customer persuasions, conducting negotiations, and contracting terms with customer.
• Drafting quotes and proposals.
• Pitching products or services (Server, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, etc.)
• Identify new clients.
• Efficient order management abilities.
• Establish contact and follow up with the prospects over e-mail & Phone.
• Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
