The Front Desk Receptionist position at Rockstud Capital is a mid-level, full-time role based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in travel coordination and calendar management. The selected individual will play a key role in enhancing customer service and supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in front desk operations, showcasing the ability to manage visitor interactions effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in travel coordination, with the capability to plan and arrange travel schedules smoothly. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for handling queries and coordinating with internal teams. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring adept handling of everyday office tasks and document preparation.
  • Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings efficiently.
  • Prior experience in providing superior customer service, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Adept in email management, capable of organizing and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurate and organized data entry skills, crucial for maintaining detailed records and databases.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound communication, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff and clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Organize and maintain appointment schedules, coordinating meetings and events as required.
  • Oversee general office operations, maintaining a tidy, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective communication.
  • Handle email correspondence, responding timely and ensuring follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
