Senior UI/UX Designer - Web Design Expert

Job Summary

You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly web interfaces that align with our client's goals and enhance the user experience.

• Design Leadership: Lead the design process for web projects, from initial concepts to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and engaging user experiences.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and behaviour to drive design improvements.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Create high-fidelity designs and assets for web applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet project requirements.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all web projects.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve design processes and deliverables.
• Mentorship Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design environment.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web design.
• Portfolio: Proven track record of creating compelling and user-centric web designs. A robust portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects is required.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• User Research: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Responsive Design: expertise in designing responsive and adaptive web interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Front-End Development: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.
