Oracle HCM Functional

You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM solutions.

Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, configuring HCM solutions, providing end-user training, and supporting functional testing. Your expertise will play a vital role in streamlining HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Analyze HR business processes and propose improvements using Oracle HCM solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, creating functional specifications for configuration and customization.
• Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the HCM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Act as a point of contact for HCM-related queries and provide solutions to issues raised by users.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6- 20 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Absence Management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
