About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer Lead with hands-on experience in Python (backend), React.js (frontend), and MySQL (database). The ideal candidate will work on building and maintaining high-performance web applications, collaborating with a talented team to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.

• Backend Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend and third-party services.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Frontend Development:
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional designs.
• Optimize frontend code for speed and cross-browser compatibility.
• Database Management:
• Design and maintain efficient database schemas using MySQL.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Perform database tuning and ensure data security.
• Collaboration and Troubleshooting:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.

• Strong experience with Python for backend development (Django/Flask frameworks preferred).
• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL (query optimization and schema design).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
