Job Description

This role bridges the gap between technical information and compelling storytelling, helping healthcare professionals understand and embrace our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Develop comprehensive and engaging content, including product manuals, user guides, white papers, case studies, technical articles, and blog posts.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate descriptions of medical simulation products, their features, benefits, and applications.

1. Marketing & Educational Materials:

• Create brochures, presentations, and training materials for healthcare professionals and educators.
• Develop instructional content for the proper use of simulators and associated software.

1. Research & Collaboration:

• Conduct in-depth research on healthcare simulation technologies, medical procedures, and trends in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and medical professionals to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

1. Content Optimization:

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
• Update and maintain a repository of technical documentation to reflect product updates and advancements.

1. Visual Support:

• Work with the design team to develop diagrams, infographics, and other visuals to complement written content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification or experience in healthcare/technical writing is a plus.
• Experience:
• 0-1 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in the healthcare or simulation industry.
• Familiarity with medical terminologies, procedures, and technologies.
• Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear, and engaging language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
