We are seeking a motivated HR Executive with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and internal referrals to attract candidates.
  • Resume Screening & Interview Coordination: Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate employment contracts, collect necessary documents, and ensure compliance.
  • New Employee Orientation: Introduce company policies, culture, and expectations to help new hires adapt quickly
Attendance & Payroll Management
  • Monitoring Attendance: Track employee work hours, leave, and overtime records.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries based on attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Bonus & Benefits Administration: Manage performance bonuses, allowances, and other company benefits.
  • Handling Payroll Disputes: Address employee concerns regarding salary, overtime pay, and bonuses.
Employee Relations & Company Culture
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, probation, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Employee Grievances & Communication: Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve workplace concerns.
  • Workplace Engagement & Events: Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Employee Satisfaction Monitoring: Conduct anonymous surveys and exit interviews to improve workplace culture.
Training & Development
  • Organizing Employee Training: Arrange trainers, venues, and training schedules.
  • Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Gather employee feedback to improve training programs.
Labor Law Compliance & HR Policy Management
  • Managing Employment Contracts: Ensure all employees sign legal employment agreements and renew them as needed.
  • Social Security, Taxes, & Benefits Administration: Ensure timely contributions and compliance with government regulations.
  • Handling Labor Disputes: Manage employee complaints, labor arbitration, and legal compliance.
  • HR Policy Compliance: Ensure working hours, overtime, and payroll align with labor laws.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
