Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Blended Process - Voice and Non-Voice professional for our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves both voice and non-voice customer service tasks, necessitating strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
