Inventive Seeds Private Limited (ISP Seeds)is an Indian Seed Company with the aim to become a Global seed player. Our Goal is to serve the Indian farmers with high yielding disease resistance hybrids in vegetable crops, Field Crops, Oil and Fodder Crops to cater the need of Indian & Asian farmers and to increase the productivity combine with improved technology.

Responsibilities
Achievement of Sales KPI:
- Achievement of Business Targets for each line of business.
- Achievement of Area Sales Targets as well as Area Profitability targets
- Responsible for the compliance of the Sales Process across the Area with no deviation
- Responsible for creating brand awareness and promotion of the product and services
Developing and executing new businesses:
- Responsible for developing relationships with different institutions to strengthen the current business model and creating new avenues of business for the Area
- Responsible for execution of new business as per the expectations of the Management
- Represent the company at public inquiries, public meetings, and external organizations, and coordinate with agriculture officers.
P&L In charge of the Area:
- Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the Area.
- Monitors the performance of the Area regularly
- Undertake cost-benefit analysis and take corrective actions accordingly
Achievement of targets for all the functions:
- Understands and develops the KPI for all the functions of the Area under the guidance of the Department Head: Finance, MIS, HR etc
- Allocate responsibilities to the team members based on the KPI of each function
- Regular monitoring of the performance of the all the team member
- Guiding and mentoring the team members on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc./Post Graduation in Sales, Business Administration Agriculture or relevant field
Experience in managing a high-performance sales
Work experience in sales and marketing in Seeds or Agriculture would be preferable.
