Role Overview: The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless processes, and contributing to our growth. This role demands proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and the drive to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain product availability and quality.
• Oversee customer service operations to enhance user satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, analyzing data to inform decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an operations or logistics role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and ability to adapt to its fast-changing needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
