Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at UNVII Ltd in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments. They will also collect information, update records, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Cold calling, Telemarketing, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
