Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh- Overview: We are seeking a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our online supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics, efficient inventory management, and timely fulfillment for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management skills and advanced Excel proficiency, alongside expertise in supply chain management within an e-commerce environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels for online sales channels.
- Monitor and optimize key supply chain metrics such as fill rate, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment cycle times.
- Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs related to logistics.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in an e-commerce or retail environment, with strong data management skills.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce supply chain dynamics, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment logistics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
