Job Description
Minimum Qualification Required - B.Tech (Mech) /
MBA (SCM)
Minimum Year of Experience required -(7 Years + )Steel Processing / Service Centre's
Oversee the customers supply chain process, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries, optimized inventory, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Serve as the main contact for customers on order supply matters, ensuring their needs are met and building lasting relationships.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in Customers supply chain processes, reducing delivery times (TAT), and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with PPC, RM procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives.
Ensure timely collection of payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate escalations with the sales team.
Lead efforts in customer supply management through data analysis, IT enhancements, and team skill development to improve service delivery
Ensure clear, proactive communication with customers, including timely updates on delays and other information related to their orders.
Manage customer order POP Hygiene, maintain inventory hygiene and optimize available capacity utilizations.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, and alignment with business objectives.
