Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, manage relationships, and expand market presence across West India. The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai, with extensive knowledge of the electrical products industry, a strong network of clients, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

This role requires frequent travel across West India.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging customer needs.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives or channel partners in the region.
  • Set sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports to senior management.

Travel & Networking:

  • Travel extensively across West India regions to meet clients, attend trade shows, and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and seminars.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales within the electrical industry, particularly with table boxes, floor boxes, or related products.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical products, standards, and installation practices.
  • Location: Candidate must be willing to travel extensively across West India and preferably reside in Mumbai.
