Speed and Delivery CX team owns products for IN and Emerging markets across themes like Speed discovery and perception, Cart and Checkout CX simplification, Delivery Reliability, and delivery choices and messaging.
The team is looking for a high impact Product Manager who can identify common CX themes across geographies and define a comprehensive plan across disparate customer needs
Key job responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for building and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives cutting across geographies. The Product Manager will need to identify key themes, align on top priorities with country leaders, and work with Tech and WW teams to deliver impact across multiple countries.
A day in the life
The Product Manager will (i) work with Emerging Market DEX teams to understand customer requirements, (ii) identify key gaps in current DEX capabilities, (iii) align with country leadership on top priorities, (iv) build 3Y and OP roadmaps across markets, and (v) work with Tech on delivering these roadmaps
About the team
As part of the Delivery Experience team, we help customers across multiple geographies by (i) Improving awareness and discovery of offers with fastest delivery speeds, (ii) Simplifying and enhancing delivery CX across pages (search, DP, checkout), and (iii) Improve delivery reliability in both pre and post purchase journeys.We own (i) the Tech products which help customers with the above and (ii) overall tracking and reporting of relevant metrics- Master's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience- Experience of working with cross-country teams
- Experience in working with Tech teams
