About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as AVP/VP - Finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations in a large organization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
