Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest growing clinic chain in India with robust growth plans in the next 5 years, and hence the need for a strong leader based in Gurgaon.

By stewarding clinical excellence and aligning organizational objectives with patient needs, the Medical Director significantly contributes to the overall mission of improving healthcare delivery while ensuring a supportive and efficient workplace for medical staff.

• Oversee clinical operations pan India.
• Build spike in Technology
• HIS and EMR system implementation >> Adoption of electronic medical records across network / paperless operations
• Development of differentiated AI / Data analytics tools
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality.
• Lead initiatives focused on patient safety and risk management.
• Monitor clinical performance through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Facilitate training and education programs for clinical staff.
• Provide clinical input for strategic planning and organizational development.
• Advocate for patient rights and well-being in all clinical decisions.
• Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of medical staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct clinical research and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Stay updated on the latest medical innovations and practices.
• Resolve clinical disputes and address concerns from medical staff.
• Report to executive management on clinical operations and outcomes.

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Preferably experience as a Doctor studying / practicing in India
• International exposure in institutes of repute.
• Should have handled team leadership positions clinically
• Should have worked as an IVF clinician with solid clinical reputation and outcomes.
• Experience- 20+ years of strong experience
• Role might require travel for clinic visits (7-10 days / month) ; eventually taper down
• Standardization of clinical practices
• Organization brand / reputation above individual / function
• Lean teams, operate at maximum efficiency
• Frugal on wasteful, non value adding cost impact of investments should be clear
• Long term build looking for people with long term mindset
