Operations Manager - D2C FMCG - Delhi

Job Description

Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Planning & SNOP Management:

• Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SNOP) process to align production, procurement, and distribution with demand forecasts
• Develop 6-month rolling operational plans with scenario analysis for raw/packaging material requirements
• Chair weekly SNOP meetings with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to align production schedules with market demand

Procurement Coordination:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging materials

Warehouse & Inventory Control:

• Oversaw 3PL operations
• Warehousing PnL management

• Btech/ BE (Mandatory)
• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations (Preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, preferably in the FMCG or D2C sector.
• Advanced Excel/ERP skills (SAP MM module, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational best practices in FMCG.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
