International Voice Process Agent

Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the position of Tele Sales Representative (TSR) at FVS Ondemand PVT LTD for a Lead Generation Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to generate leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Follow quality and compliance guidelines for international calling standards.

Job Specifications & Benefits:

• Process: International Lead Generation Voice Process
• Working Days: 5.5 days a week
• Weekends: Half-day on Saturday, Fixed Sunday Off
• Work Timings:5:30 AM 2:30 PM (Morning Shift)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Prior experience in international voice processes or tele-sales preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with international customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
