Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, focusing on large enterprises and high-profile accounts.
  • Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Tailored Pitch Development: Create and deliver impactful pitch decks and proposals that resonate with client objectives and showcase our unique value.
  • Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and offer bespoke solutions.
  • C-Suite Interaction: Confidently engage with C-level executives to present ideas, negotiate deals, and address their business challenges.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house specialists to align client strategies with execution teams for seamless delivery.
  • Sales Reporting: Use CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, ensuring transparency and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in selling services to large enterprises.
  • Skills:
  • Strong ability to create pipelines, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Expertise in engaging and building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating professional, persuasive pitch decks and presentations.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing services such as digital, SEO, social media, and advertising is a plus.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS PowerPoint, and other business development tools.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
