You will drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional results.

• Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Improvise customer experience though amazing product experience.
• Lead and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Set departmental goals and performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
• Product Development and Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization.
• Ensure the product roadmap aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Closely collaborate with merchandizing and category team on customer engagement.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and ensure product performance including customer engagement, bounce, A2C and C2C are tracked and optimized.
• Global Team Collaboration:
• Manage and coordinate with global teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Address and resolve any challenges related to global team dynamics and project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress.
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader business goals.
• Represent the product department in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Innovation and Market Insight:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the introduction of new features and improvements.
• Leverage market research and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Team Development:
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the product team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Promote a high-performance culture and ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

• Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing multiple product managers with both small and large B2C tech companies
• Extensive experience in managing product for eCommerce.
• Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering successful product outcomes.
• Extensive experience working with global teams and managing projects across diverse regions and cultures.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
• Advanced project management skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
