Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the responsibility for analyzing, managing, and verifying the global and integrated end to end business processes for Material Compliance , conflict minerals and sustainability across the value chain together with the Product Managers(s), P&L Function, HSE function, IS organizations and external partners/ suppliers.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Ensure business compliance with statutory material compliance requirements by coordinating a cross-functional team to align with business processes.
- Track and assess emerging compliance trends and legislation and communicates relevant information on material compliance requirements to business stakeholders.
- Promote awareness and engagement in compliance and sustainability initiatives across the division.
- Collaborate closely with the P&L lead, PAEN SCM and HUB managers, category managers, buyers, and cross-division leads to effectively implement the strategies and actions defined by the global team.
- Update stakeholders on the status of deliverables and fulfilment milestones.
- Recommend enhancements to strategy implementation and efficiency improvement.
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals or Mechanical engineering, Environmental or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience working in a large, global organization managing environmental material compliance. Min 2 years of experience in sustainability managing and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for Material Compliance. Experience in managing conflict mineral program.
- Knowledge of LCA, EPD, sustainability management software tools and reporting frameworks is an added advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills internal+ external leadership. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
