As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Agency & Performance Marketing, you will lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure strategic implementation of marketing initiatives. This role combines leadership, strategy, and execution to meet financial targets and foster long-term trust with clients.

Job Description

• Strategic Leadership: Gain a deep understanding of the client's brand, business, audience, and competitive landscape. Provide strategic direction to create and execute impactful digital marketing initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Spearhead high-level client interactions, focusing on performance marketing strategies, media planning, account growth, and revenue optimization.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Client Strategy Managers while collaborating with analysts and technologists to deliver superior outcomes for clients.
• Project Execution: Drive internal projects to completion, addressing challenges proactively to ensure seamless delivery.
• Annual Strategy Development: Lead annual planning and strategy formulation for assigned client portfolios to achieve desired results.
• Versatile: Knowledge of Performance marketing platforms, eCommerce, Sports Arena
• Directly manage a team of account managers and ensure revenue target realization
• Coach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the team
• Recruiting & training of future team members
• Analyze & report key performance metrics

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in operations, account management, or client engagement roles within startups or agencies.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing and media channels such as Google, social media, and programmatic buying.
• Program Management Skills: Ability to manage complex, long-term projects while juggling multiple priorities effectively.
• Negotiation and Influence: Exceptional skills in solutions, pitching, and negotiating to drive initiatives across client organizations.
• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills, paired with robust business understanding and data-driven decision-making abilities.
