As a Banker-Authorizer, you will be responsible for authorizing and processing various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize and process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals
- Stay updated on banking products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Additional Parameters- Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is preferred
