About The Role

Our client is a medium-sized family business from Germany that has

been producing lubricants for the metalworking industry and selling

them internationally since 1887. The client is an innovation leader in

dielectrics, grinding and punching oils which they owe to their values

of partnership, research and human technology.

Who can apply

Specific Task

Sales and consultation of fluids for the metalworking industry

which require prior explanation

Support and expansion of our existing customer base in India

Identification and acquisition of potential customers and business

opportunities

Participation in international trade fairs and events

Recruitment, induction and development of substitutes and

potential sales representatives

Market monitoring and evaluation

Product-related training at our customers

Implementation of training courses

Carrying out portfolio, competition, market and potential analyses

Technical clarification of inquiries

Traveling, mainly in the sales area

Necessary Qualifications

At least 10 years Professional experience in the field of mechanical

engineering or automation technology / or a lubricant industry

insider / or extensive expertise and well-connected in technical sales

or industrial purchasing

Excellent contact, communication, and negotiation skills

Customer-oriented thinking, acting and willingness to travel

Additional Qualifications

Flexibility, ability to work independently and a good sense of humour.

Passion for technology and desire for responsibility

Experienced in MS-Office and ideally MS Dynamics CRM or similar

systems
