Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global footprint by identifying, engaging, and onboarding international customers. The ideal candidate will leverage their excellent communication and relationship-building skills to articulate Tradologie.com's value proposition, onboard clients, and drive subscription sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Identification and Outreach:
- Develop a robust database of overseas customers.
- Reach out to potential clients via WhatsApp calls, messages, and email.
- Discuss Tradologie.com's value proposition and address customer queries effectively.
Onboarding and Subscription Sales:
- Onboard international customers onto the Tradologie.com platform.
- Present and sell Tradologie.com's subscription packages to potential customers.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports using Excel.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling solutions to international customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
