- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the software development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Manage the software development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience in developing and maintaining software applications
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language)
- This position is based at our Pune office
