We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle customer inquiries effectively.As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
