ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a graphic design specialist to join our content team to assist and deliver graphics that are aligned with our brand and objectives. You will report to content strategy lead who will provide you with the support and direction to grow as an in-house corporate designer.
In order to support our journey, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our frameworks, opinions and POVs to our target audience.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE- Transform the visual language of proposals to key clients and expertly apply brand and design principles to create effective content visuals that meet strategic company goals.
- Develop and execute visual concepts for a wide range of materials, including presentations, whitepapers, infographics, social media posts, banners, email campaigns, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with the content team to transform technical content into visually appealing and engaging designs.
- Ensure consistency in the company’s visual identity across all platforms and channels.
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them innovatively to enhance our visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles (Figma, Sketch) is a bonus.
- Should have a basic understanding of Content design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Basic principles of graphic and web design, composition, user experience and interface requirements, and accessibility standards
- Ability to translate technical concepts into visually engaging content.
- Time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required. Examples of prior consulting work is preferred but not essential.
