About the Role:
Wyreflow Technologies is looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Intern for a one-month remote internship. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in key HR areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasksall from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Onboarding & Documentation: Support onboarding processes by organizing essential documents.
Draft and issue offer letters and certificates.
Employee Engagement: Help organize virtual team-building activities.
Gather and analyse employee feedback to improve engagement.
HR Administration: Update HR records and assist with policy creation.
Support in revising HR templates and processes.
General Support: Assist the HR team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Technical: Reliable internet connection and a laptop/PC for remote work.
