In this role, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of recruitment processes and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in human resources and recruitment.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters and learn effective recruitment techniques while contributing to fulfilling our clients' staffing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and smooth process.
  • Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and update our applicant tracking system.
  • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial training
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and assist in promoting job openings.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events as needed.
  • Learn about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and job market conditions to support recruitment efforts and provide relevant insights.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Previous trainee or internship experience is a plus
