Job Description

As a **Regional Lead Sales**, you will be responsible for driving sales operations within the assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding partnerships with educational institutions.

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring performance.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions for training programs.
• Guide the team in new client acquisition and relationship management.
• Ensure alignment of sales activities with the companys business objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to optimize sales approaches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting structures.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially in the education/training sector.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and strategize accordingly.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Candidates must own a personal laptop and a two/four-wheeler.
