Senior Engineer-Sales

Job Description

As Senior Engineer -Sales you will be responsible to focus on analysing the food and commodities segment trends (in Industrial Automation Industry) to capture the market share in the specific timeframe. Aggressively promote and sale the entire range of Omron products & its solutions to penetrate the food and commodities market of the assigned region & leverage Omron strength.

• Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management
• Responsible to execute & perform basis the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast
• To achieve the targets assigned by the management
• To identify potential customers in the segments of White/Consumer goods, FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverages, Digital
• To foster the sales revenues by offering Omron one step solutions to OEM & direct customer (end users) in the Food and Commodities segment across the assigned territory
• Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans
• Co-ordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations
• Develop & maintain good network, healthy business relationship with customers and Channel Partners
• Report and MIS preparation

Requirements

• B.E or equivalent diploma
• MBA or equivalent in any stream will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience of industrial automation sales. Primarily into the White / consumer goods, FMCG, food & beverages, Pharma, Digital segment

• PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Sensors,
• Machine Vision, Robotics product experience would be an added advantage
• Experience to handle big End user and OEMs in FMCG, food & beverages, Packaging OEMs Pharma, Digital segment in Haryana, Delhi/NCR& around areas
• Competent to independently handle product demo and Technical queries for customers

• Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details
• Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments
