Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content and Communications Manager to lead our communication initiatives and oversee the planning, creation, and publishing of all content. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of persuasive copywriting that converts in both short and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage the content team, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to
• Oversee the entire content publication process, from writing and editing to proofreading and publishing
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to create effective cross-platform content strategies
• Provide technical, creative, and editorial feedback to the content team
• Manage content distribution across all marketing channels, including social media and email
• Track web analytics to measure the success of communications and content marketing campaigns
• Identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to enhance engagement and revenue
• Participate in the hiring process for the content team
• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar content and communications role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of communication strategies and SEO best practices
• Proficiency in content management systems and web analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in social media content creation and management
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred)
