Axponent, we are a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency specializing in driving results for our clients through data-driven advertising strategies. We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our team and help us grow our client&aposs businesses through effective paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

Role Overview:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the digital marketing and analytics teams to create data-driven strategies, monitor campaign performance, and ensure KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to maximize ad performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve objectives such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analytics teams to ensure the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or ad-tech agency.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms for mobile app campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including PPC, retargeting, programmatic, and social media advertising.
  • Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information understandably.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
