The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably from a hotel group or chain.The role demands a professional with an impressive personality, fluency in both spoken and written English and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for the organization.
• Identify new opportunities and manage key relationships in the hotel industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Prepare proposals, and presentations, and negotiate deals with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
