The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Sr Amazon Account Manager who will be responsible for managing Amazon FBA/FBM - North America/EU business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive growth and efficiency in our online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Amazon FBA/FBM operations, including inventory management, listing optimization, and logistics.
- Implement and analyze digital marketing strategies across platforms to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Continuously research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively identify and solve complex problems that affect sales and customer experience.
- Report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization
- Manage financial aspects of the e-commerce division, including oversight of the Income Statement and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon FBA (North America & Europe)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
