We have opening for Marketing Manager - API (Domestic).
  • Location: Thane
  • Exp: 8 to 9 years in Sales from API, Intermediates, Chemicals Industries
  • Working Days 6 Da2nd and 4th Saturday are off and Working Hour 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Salary: 10 - 12l
  • Qualification: B Pharma/B.Sc Chemistry with MBA/PG in Sales and Marketing

This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of marketing acumen, sales expertise, and interpersonal skills to drive business success in the pharmaceutical sector. Key duties include:

  1. Execute Marketing Activities:
Lead all marketing initiatives related to Intermediates/API/bio-pharma products. This involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.
  1. Sales Management: Take charge of the entire sales process, from initial contact to order finalization. This includes negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and cultivating new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones.
  2. Strategic Planning: Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Utilize market insights and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Communication and Influence: Leverage strong communication skills to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders. Build rapport with clients, negotiate terms, and articulate the value proposition of products to secure sales.
  4. Achievement of Targets Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by company authorities. Employ proactive measures to drive sales performance and adapt strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Policy Adherence: Ensure timely implementation of corporate policies and marketing strategies. Uphold compliance standards while executing marketing and sales activities
  6. Client Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, monitor payment schedules, and facilitate prompt follow-up on payments. Manage existing business relationships and portfolios to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Proactive Engagement: Display proactive and flexible behaviour to thrive in dynamic environments and meet demanding timelines. Arrange personal meetings for product promotion and liaise with internal departments to achieve budgeted sales targets.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a working understanding of the pharma and chemical industry landscape. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
