Roles and Responsibilities :
Partner with the recruitment team to design and implement employer branding initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Implement personalized communication plans to keep candidates informed and engaged.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve candidate satisfaction.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Track and report on candidate engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
