Senior Solutions Manager– Application Management (Custom Apps)

Currently we are looking for a Senior Solutions Manager Application Management (Custom Apps), who will be responsible for definition, develop, and execute delivery-led growth initiatives and solutions for Custom Application management clients, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Create the plan to meet the delivery-led growth objectives for Application Management. Identify areas of focus and drive execution working with various internal stakeholders delivery, account, industry, and sales teams
- Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to institutionalize a proactive approach for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities at existing accounts by leveraging the company's industry expertise and delivery capabilities
- Collaborate with delivery/sales/account leadership to drive client ideation workshops to create a pipeline for continuous improvement/innovation that drives business value to customer and account growth
- Drive pre-sales activities for Application management and positioning of offerings/ accelerators
- Collaborates with Sales, Solutioning and other stakeholders to create a differentiated value proposition to win new logos
- Responsible for detailed solution review of Application Management deals in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Engage on solution strategy for key new or existing opportunities. Participate in client discussions and orals to position Application Management offerings and differentiation
- Develop strategic business relationships with key client decision makers
- Responsible for creation of offering value proposition / sales collateral to convey clear market differentiation
- Responsible for market research, trends, and competitive analysis. Responsible for offering positioning with analysts and third-party advisors
- Responsible for sales, delivery, and SME enablement
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
- Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fifteen or more years of experience with technical product design, configuration, integration, and/or delivering Custom & COTS applications application support, development, modernization and testing to customers
- Experience in client-facing pre-sales roles, client presentations, driving account growth workshops in collaboration with account leadership/sales teams mandatory
- Deep and broad expertise in Custom Application management, automation/observability, and AI/Gen AI solutions
- Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience working with business environment, business industry and competitor products and services
- Strong skills in developing, deploying and supporting product and/or integrated suite of products
- Strong communication skills to interface with various levels of internal and external customers including executive levels
- Strong strategic management and planning skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Strong presentation skills to present ideas and solutions to individuals or groups at all internal and external customer levels
- Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate understanding of client business and needs into product and services to grow the business / win new logos
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and/or situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to switch between tasks quickly
- Ability to anticipate problems, handle and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action, understand impact on both the client and the company
- Ability to present ideas, goals, problems, outcomes, and processes to be understood by a diverse audience
- Travel Requirements: 20-30%
- Work Environment: Office / Virtual. May require evening or weekend work
