Job Summary:

As a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored myPaisaa solutions. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and effectively convert leads into active customers.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads and address customer queries to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on myPaisaa's product portfolio, services, and industry trends to effectively convey value propositions.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics set by the organization.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Fresher or a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in D2C sales or financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: English and Telugu are required. Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada is an added advantage.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
