Roles and Responsibilities- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
- Salary Range- 3 to 4 LPA
- Both way cab facility.
- 5 days working
- 2 days rotational week off
