CHARGEINFRA is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle Recruitment, payroll, onboarding, data management, and statutory compliance tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive employee data.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement by liaising with the finance team.
- Handle payroll discrepancies, deductions, bonuses, and leave management.
Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete all required documentation.
- Set up new employees in HR systems and coordinate induction sessions.
- Facilitate smooth integration of employees into the organization.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records, attendance, and salary details.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Generate HR reports as required.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws.
- File returns and forms as per government deadlines.
- Keep up to date with changes in HR policies and labor laws to ensure organizational compliance.
HR Administration:
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, statutory benefits, and HR policies.
- Support various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
- Proficient in HR software and tools, with a strong command of MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and data management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically payroll and compliance management.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
