Utilize promotions and discounts to drive sales and meet targets 3. Product Knowledge a. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits b. Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge of new products and technologies c.
Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions 4. Store Maintenance a. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times b. Restock merchandise and arrange displays to attract customer attention c.
Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management 5. Team Collaboration a. Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall store goals b.
