Art Director

Job Description

You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, innovative creativity, and strong leadership skills to push the boundaries of design while maintaining alignment with brand identities.

• Lead the development of client visual assets, including social media creatives, branding materials, digital and print advertisements, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure efficient management of project workflows, timelines, and delegation to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines effectively.
• Expertise in Building Campaign strategies and executing through, design, social media content statistics, and various production opportunities.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet high-quality standards, are on-brand, and align with the overall creative and strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain brand visual identities, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Experiment with innovative creative techniques, tools, and methodologies to elevate the agency's design output.
• Actively manage and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration and creative excellence.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to ensure cohesive and compelling campaign executions.
• Stay responsive to client feedback, revising and refining designs while maintaining the creative integrity of projects.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the table.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; a Master's degree or advanced qualification is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in social media, design, branding, and creative leadership, with a robust portfolio showcasing conceptual design work and successful campaigns.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Motion Design, animation and video editing tools.
• Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering growth and maintaining productivity under tight deadlines.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Adaptability: Ability to respond to feedback with a positive attitude, adapt concepts as needed, and consistently deliver results-driven designs.
