Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Research and analyze target markets to uncover new opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from Tech Injects service portfolio.
- Conduct presentations and demos that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
- Represent Tech Inject at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build the brand.
- Nurture professional relationships within the industry.Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Technical understanding of solutions like eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and custom software development.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client pain points with innovative solutions.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
