The Role: Business Development AssociateLocation: Gurgaon
Employment: Full-time
CTC - Domestic Shift: 6.6 LPA (4.2LPA fixed + 2.4 LPA variable)
Education: Any Graduation
Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers, this means you too!)
Mission Statement of the Role:
Generate revenue by achieving weekly targets through consultative inside sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- A Business Development counselor interacts with parents or adult learnersafter they have taken demo class and have experienced the product
- Inviting parents or adult learners to a video counseling session
- Conducting a detailed video counseling session with decision makers and taking them closer to their decision to purchase
- Looking at the entire sales life cycle, starting from engaging with parents till final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program
