Job Purpose
  • To partner with the business in formulation of the process improvement, define structured workflows in line for HE business objective set by the senior management and execute short term and long term sales KRAs.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
o Provide vision and leadership for business initiatives to support the increase of specific loan volume, including the development of objectives, plans, policies and programs
o Grow the Housing finance operations by aggressively driving the sales numbers and achieving the Business targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
o Partner extensively with fulfillment to implement, support and execute strategic business plan

o Execute the Direct to Consumer Strategy, including volume plan, expense plan, quality targets and client experience (NPS)

o Define the sourcing funnel and help and support the team in creating a network of DSA

o Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
o Strategize the expansion of the portfolio by driving operational efficiencies across all locations- driving product metric of LAP/Mortgage to impact profitability
o Develop and execute various initiatives to diversify and de-risk the company's revenues.
o Design and implement strategies that will improve the overall disbursement pattern

o Support the product liaison and product teams in testing and rolling out initiatives to achieve the best and most efficient mortgage journey

o Develop a strong sales culture by creating consistent sales strategies and best in class customer experience

o Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the sales team for both business growth targets as well as individual performance expectations so as to meet the business targets and profitability.
o Ensure the learning and development needs of the teams are met through both formal trainings and informal processes so as to execute broad market plans, achieve stretch goals and drive best in class capability
o Provide management with customer and market feedback, competitive information and ideas to drive additional revenue and profitability

o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as adherence to company's policies, processes and procedures.
